INSERTING VIDEO

A video makes it easier to explain complex ideas, keeps the audience interested and

makes the content more engaging. Adding a video to a slide makes presentation clearer
and easier to understand. To add a video to the presentation, follow the given steps:

2 Click on the Insert tab. 3 Click on the Video drop-down arrow.

4 Select This Device option.

1 Select the slide in which
you want to add video.

6 Select the video file that
you want to insert.

5 Navigate to the location where
the video file is stored.

7 Click on the Insert button.

The video appears in the slide.
Just like the audio files, you can insert different video file types, such as Windows Media

(.asf), Windows Video (.avi), MP4 Video (.mp4), Movie (.mpeg) and Windows Media
Video (.wmv), etc.
