The advantage of using the grid to insert the table is that as To insert a new slide:
you drag across the columns and rows, you will see a Short key Ctrl
preview of the table on your slide. + M

CHANGE TABLE STYLE

The table style refers to changing the appearance of the table. Once you insert a table, it
is in default colour and design of the chosen Theme.
To change the table style, follow the given steps:

2 Click on the Table Design contextual tab.

3 Click on the Table Styles drop-down arrow.

1 Select the table.

4 Choose any table style for your table.

You will see that the selected style is applied to your table.

WORKING WITH SLIDE MASTER

Slide Master is a feature used to change the overall design of a presentation.

It allows you to edit the background, font and layout for all slides at the same time, instead
of making changes to each slide separately. This makes it easier to keep your slides
consistent and save time.
