Windows 10 comes with new apps like Photos. In this chapter, we will learn how to use the
Photos app for photo editing and OpenShot Video Editor for video editing.

PHOTOS APP

Photos app is used to view, edit, compare, create albums and make movies of your special

memories. It also allows you to apply different types of effects on your photos.

STARTING PHOTOS APP
To start Photos app, follow the given steps:

2 Type Photos in
the Search Bar.

3 Click on
the Open.

1 Click on the
Start button.

OPENING A PHOTO FOR EDITING

You need to import photos from your computer to Photos app to edit them. To edit photos
in the Photos app, follow the given steps:

required folder. 3 Click on
Edit option.
