TYPES OF CHATBOT

Chatbots come in different types based on how they work and how smart they are. Let’s look

at the types of the chatbot:
Rule-Based Chatbots: These chatbots follow fixed

rules. They only answer questions they are already
                    programmed to understand.
Example: A school website chatbot that answers
questions about school timings or holidays.

AI-Based Chatbots: These chatbots are smarter and use
Artificial Intelligence to understand questions in different
ways. They get better over time.

Example: A chatbot that helps explain math or science
                                                           topics.

                     Conversational AI Chatbots: These chatbots
are very advanced. They can have long, natural
                    conversations and remember past chats.

                    Example: Google Gemini

Voice Chatbots: Voice chatbots allow you to speak
instead of typing. They listen to spoken questions
                                                                 and reply with their voice.

Example: Google Assistant, Alexa and Siri.

Hybrid Chatbots: These chatbots use both fixed rules and
AI. They answer simple questions using rules and use AI for
                    more complex ones.

Example: A customer support chatbot that answers
common questions but uses AI for harder ones.
