GOOGLE MAPS
Google Maps is a web-based service created by
Google that gives comprehensive information about
the Earth’s surface and places of interest globally.
It enables users to view satellite pictures, aerial photos,
road maps, 360° virtual tours of streets (Street View),
live traffic updates and directions for walking, driving,
cycling and using public transport. Google Maps
allows users to leave reviews and ratings for places
they visit.
GOOGLE EARTH
Google Earth is a web-based service created by
Google that renders a 3D representation of Earth,
providing both satellite and street views of places
and areas based on satellite photos. It allows users to
explore various geographical locations, view satellite
images, maps, landforms and 3D buildings and
even dive into the ocean’s depths. Google Earth also
includes features for discovering the Moon and Mars,
as well as viewing the night sky.
YOUTUBE
YouTube is a platform owned by Google and is the
largest video-sharing site globally, offering a vast
range of videos on almost any topic. It allows users
to upload, watch and share videos. YouTube also
enables video creators to earn money from their
content, making the platform a significant source
of income for creators worldwide. Users can create
playlists to organise videos for personal use or
share them with others.
GOOGLE SITES
Google Sites is a free, web-based platform that
allow users to easily create websites without
needing coding or web design skills. With its
drag-and-drop interface, users can add elements
like text boxes, images, videos and buttons.
