Machines are human-made things that save our time and make our work easier.
Computers can store a lot of information and never forget it, but humans may

Computers work very fast and can do many tasks at a time, whereas humans
work slowly and can do only one task at a time.
Computers never get tired and can work for a long time, but humans get tired

and need rest after working for some time.
Desktop, laptop, tablet and smartphone are different types of computers.
