Aligning the Text                                                       Align Left      Align Right

                 The position of the text or the way the text is set with

                 respect to the margins in a document is called alignment.
                 There are four alignment options available in Word—Align
                 Left, Center, Align Right and Justify.
                                                                                                Center        Justify
                 To change the alignment of the text, follow the given steps:



                   2  Click on the
                  Home tab.
                                                                                            3  Choose the
                                                                                            alignment option.






















                    1  Select the
                    text.







                    If we click on the Align Left           button, the text is aligned up at the left margin.

                    If we click on the Center             button, the text is centred between the left and


                   right margins in each line.


                    If we  click on  the  Align  Right           button, the  text  is aligned  up at  the  right

                   margin.


                    If we click on the Justify         button, the text is aligned up at the left as well as at

                   the right margin.
