Paragraph Spacing

                 Paragraph Spacing is the blank space between two paragraphs, both before and
                 after the paragraph.

                 To change paragraph spacing, follow the given steps:



                               2  Click on the Layout tab.               3  Choose the required spacing.


































                                        1  Place the cursor in the paragraph.








                          You can also change the paragraph spacing by clicking on the Paragraph
                          pull-down arrow in the Paragraph group under the Home tab. In the
                          Spacing section, enter the value for spacing Before and After.




                 Difference Between Editing and Formatting

                 Editing is used to make changes in the text of a document by using editing tools, such

                 as:
                   Copy, cut and paste text                           Select and delete text

                   Thesaurus                                          Check Spelling and grammar
