which is used to create presentation slide-by-slide. A slide is a collection of text,
graphics, audio, videos, etc. You can present your views and thoughts by creating

slides and representing them to the audience through a slide show.

You already know how to add text to the slide to create a presentation. Let us learn
more about the features of PowerPoint.

Using Built-in Templates

PowerPoint built-in templates are a set of well-designed presentations. You only need
to change the text and your presentation is ready. To use these built-in templates,

follow the given steps:

1 Click on the File tab.

2 Click on the New
option.

3 Double-click on the
desired template.
