Inserting Pictures
Pictures make the slides/presentations look more attractive. You can insert pictures
online and from the already saved images on the computer.
Inserting Picture from a File
PowerPoint allows you to insert saved pictures that you may have created, downloaded
or scanned. To insert a saved picture, follow the given steps:
1 Click on the Insert tab. 2 Click on the Pictures option in the Images group.
3 Browse to the
location of the
picture you wish to
insert and select
the desired image.
4 Click on the
Insert button.
The selected picture will be inserted into the slide.
