To select more than one shape, hold the Shift key and
click on the required shape.
Filling Colour in Shapes
To fill colour in the shape, follow the given steps:
3 Click on Shape Fill command in the Shape Styles group. 2 Click on Format tab.
1 Select the shape. 4 Choose the desired colour.
The selected colour will be applied on the shape.
You can apply ready-made design in the shape through the Shape Styles
group under the Format tab.
