You can change the colour and design of the SmartArt graphic by selecting the
SmartArt graphic and using options available under the Format tab and Design tab
in SmartArt Tools.

Running a Slide Show

The Slide Show tab will let you set up how your show will progress. First, you may
want to preview your show to see if the slides are in the proper order or if you would
like to rearrange the slides. To run a slide show, follow these steps:

2 Select either From Beginning 1 Click on the
or From Current Slide option. Slide Show tab.

The From Beginning option is used to see the slide show from the first slide.
From Current Slide is used to see the slide show from the slide you are currently on.

Click the mouse to move to the next slide during the slide show.

Press the F5 key to start the slide show from the beginning.

Press the Shift + F5 keys to start the slide show from the current slide.

There are four types of alignments in the PowerPoint—Align Left, Align Right, Center,

WordArt is a gallery that contains text styles that can be added to the presentation
to make the slides look more impressive.
