CHANGING CELL CONTENT

To change the content of a cell, follow the given steps:

Select the cell and
enter the data in
Press Enter key or click the Formula bar. 1
on the Enter button on
2 the formula bar.

You can also change the data by double-clicking in the cell Hintbot
and start typing the new data.
To edit a cell: F2 key
UNDO AND REDO COMMANDS

You use the Undo command to reverse the last action or series of actions taken in a worksheet.
To Undo click on the Undo button in the Quick Access Toolbar. If you wish to Undo many
actions, click on the down arrow next to the Undo button and select the number of Undo Actions.

Redo command is used to redo the last Undo action. The Redo button on the Quick Access
Toolbar remains inactive until an Undo command is executed. To redo an action, click on the
Redo button in the Quick Access Toolbar.

COPYING AND MOVING DATA

You can easily copy and move the contents of a cell, a range of cells and an entire worksheet.
This is similar to the copy and move commands in Word 2019.

Copy/Move the Data

To copy/move the data, follow the given steps:

Click on Copy/ Click on the
