VIEWING A WEBPAGE
After creating and saving an HTML document, you need to open it in a web browser to view
it. To open an HTML document in a web browser, open the folder in which you have saved
the HTML document and double-click it. The web page opens in your default web browser
window.

COMMON ERRORS AND TROUBLESHOOTING
When creating or editing a webpage, some mistakes can prevent it from displaying correctly
are called errors while troubleshooting means finding and fixing these errors to make the
webpage display properly. Some of the common errors and how to fix them are as follows:
Missing Tags: Forgetting to close tags like <p> or <h1> can make the webpage look wrong.
Always check that every opening tag has a closing tag.
Wrong File Extension: Saving the file without .html may prevent the browser from
recognising it as a webpage. Always save with .html.
Spelling Mistakes in Tags: Writing <boddy> instead of <body> will cause the page to not
work properly. Check spelling carefully.
Incorrect File Path: If an image or link does not show, the file path might be wrong. Make
sure the file is in the correct folder and the path is correct.
Refreshing the Browser: Sometimes changes do not appear because the browser has not
been refreshed. Press F5 to update the page.
