Let’s BaCk-uP


                        A computer works in three steps: Input   Process   Output. This is also called IPO
                      cycle.

                        The devices that are used to enter data into the computer and give orders are called
                      input devices. Some input devices are keyboard and mouse.
                        The device that works on the input is called processing device. CPU is the main

                      processing device.
                        The devices that are used to get the results are called output devices. Some of the
                      commonly used output devices are monitor, printer, headphones and speakers.

                        Input devices are used to instruct the computer what to do.

                        Keyboard, mouse, microphone and scanner are some of the input devices.
                        The device that works on the input is called processing device. CPU is a processing
                      device.

                        Output devices are used to give the result.

                        Monitor, printer, speakers and headphones are some of the output devices.
                        Storage devices are used to store our work.

                        Hard disk, CD, DVD and pen drive are some of the storage devices.
