FILTERING DATA
Filtering data in Google Sheets allows you to view only the information you need by hiding the rows
that don’t meet certain criteria. This is useful when you have large datasets and want to focus on
specific data points.
To filter the data, follow the given steps:
Step 1: Select the range of data on which you want to apply filter.
Step 2: Click on Data tab present in the Menu bar.
Step 3: Click on Create a filter option.
The filter icon will be displayed on the column header.
Step 4: Click on the filter icon.
Step 5: Click on Filter by condition and choose Greater than option.
Step 6: Type the desired value.
Step 7: Click on OK button.
In this case, the value 60 is used, so it will display only the data of students who have scored
more than 60 marks.
