Gridlines: These lines can be either horizontal or vertical, depending on the type of chart you choose.
They help make it easier to read and understand the values on the chart.

Chart Title: The chart title explains the main purpose and what the chart is showing.
Plot Area: It is the rectangular area bounded by the two axes. It contains the actual chart and

includes the plotted data, data series, category and value axes.
Data Series: A data series is a group of related values. It is shown by the bars or slices on the chart

                   that represent the data.
Data Labels: Data labels include data values, category names, series names, legend keys and
                   values from cells.

Legend: The legend is a key that explains what the symbols and colours in the chart represent.

Chart Area: The area that includes all objects and elements in a chart.

Types of Charts in Google Sheets

In Google Sheets, there are several types of charts that you can use to represent your data visually.

Each chart type is best suited for different kinds of data and analysis.
Some of the categories of charts are:

Line Chart: A line chart is used to show trends over time. It’s like plotting a graph on graph-paper,
where the values are shown on the X and Y axes. The chart connects dots to display how the data
                   changes over time.

Column Chart: It is used to display data using vertical bars in Google Sheets. This type of chart helps
you compare different data items or see how values change over a period of time. The categories

are shown along the horizontal axis and the values are shown on the vertical axis.
