To switch between Normal View and Outline view: Ctrl + Shift + Tab
Outline View
Outline View creates an outline or story board for your presentation. It displays only the text
on your slides, not pictures or other graphical items. It has 3 components:
Outline Pane: To edit the text directly in a slide.
Notes Pane: To type speaker's notes.
Slide Area: It shows the current slide.

Slide Sorter View
Slide Sorter View shows the miniature version of all slides horizontally. Here, we can easily change
the order of the slides. The advantage of this view is that you can see more number of slides on the
screen and you can move, delete, edit and recognise these slides with greater ease.
To view a presentation in this mode, click on Slide Sorter View command in the Presentation
Views group in the View tab. PowerPoint displays all the slides as thumbnails the presentation.
