After selecting Spelling and Grammar tool, Proofing task pane opens in the right side.

Double-click the
word with the
correct spelling. 3

You can add the incorrect word to
the dictionary by clicking on Add to
Dictionary option.

You can also correct the spelling/grammar by

right-clicking on the incorrect word/words and then
choose on the desired option.

Click on OK button. 4
THESAURUS

Thesaurus is a collection of words with their synonyms. To use thesaurus tool, follow the

given steps:

Thesaurus tool. tab. Thesaurus: Shift + F7

1 Select the
word. Click on down
arrow and select 4
Insert or Copy.

Factbot

Synonym is a word having the same or nearly the same meaning as another word of the same
language.
