USING MULTIPLE LAYERS

Using multiple layers in Krita offers a wide range of possibilities for creating and organizing digital
artwork. To create an image using multiple layers, follow the given steps:

Insert an image as a new layer.
2 Click on the
Text Tool.

Type the text 4
to be added.

3 Drag on the image where 5 Click on the Save
you want to add the text. button.

Observe that the text added is shown as a separate layer in the Layers docker.

In this way, new objects can be added as separate layers without affecting the properties of the objects
in the other layers.
