Character: It is an actor which acts on the stage.

Stage: It is the main working area where characters move and perform actions.

Change Background: It is used to select a background for the stage.

Green Flag: It is used to run a Scratch project.

Blocks Palette: It displays different types of blocks based on their function and use.

Reset Character Button: It resets all the characters and bring them back to their
starting positions on the stage.

Home Button: It is used to return to the Home page.

Plus Button: It is used to add characters.

Block Categories: It is the menu of programming blocks. It includes blocks like:

Triggering (Yellow), Motion (Blue), Looks (Purple), Sounds (Green), Control (Orange),
End (Red).

Programming Area: It is the area where you connect programming blocks to create

scripts.

ADDING A NEW CHARACTER

There are many characters in the library. To add a new character, follow these steps:

Click on the Plus 1 3 Click on the tick ( ) button
(+) button. on the top right corner.

Click on the
character

To delete a character, just click and hold the sprite and then click on
cross button.
