Feedback Loops
                    • Reinforcing Feedback Loop (Positive)

More customers → more app activity → more restaurant orders → more payments → more
                     potential support needs.
                    • Balancing Feedback Loop (Negative)
If the restaurant performs well, it reduces complaints → fewer issues handled by the
support team → a more stable system.
This system map helps us understand how each actor contributes to the efficiency or strain on
                 the food delivery process.
It shows that customer satisfaction depends not just on the restaurant, but also on the app
performance, payment processing, and support quality—all of which are interconnected.

                                                                                      21 st Century #Technology Literacy

GAME 01 Build System Map on Loopy

                    About the game
The Loopy website provides an interactive tool designed for creating system maps,

particularly focusing on feedback loops and system dynamics. It allows users to visualise
how different elements within a system interact with each other, helping them understand
the relationships and the behaviour of complex systems.

The steps to build a system map on the Loopy website are:
Step 1 Visit the website: https://ncase.me/loopy/ OR scan the QR code.

Step 2 Move down in the web page and click on the MAKE A MODEL FROM SCRATCH
                               button.
