FOLDER
A folder is a file cabinet where we can store our files and other subfolders.
It helps us to keep our files organised. A folder is also known as directory.
All related files are generally kept in a folder so that we can locate them
easily when required. The icon of a folder is different from the icon of a file.

Creating a Folder
To create a folder, follow the given steps:
3 Click on the
Folder option.
1 Open the
location, where
you want to
create a folder.
2 Right-click on any empty area
and select the New option.
