ADDING BOXES IN THE ORGANISATION CHART
To add a box to the chart, follow the given steps:
2 Click on the SmartArt Design tab.
3 Click on the Add
Shape option in the
Create Graphic group.
4 Select the
desired option.

near which you
want to add a
new box.
CHANGE LAYOUT IN THE CHART
After adding the necessary boxes, you can change the layout. To change a layout, follow
the given steps:
3 Click on the down arrow next to the Layout option.
2 Click on
the SmartArt
Design tab.
1 Click on the box
under which you
want to change the
layout.
4 Select the
desired option.
Standard option is used to horizontally centre all the boxes below the selected box.

Both option is used to
vertically centre all the boxes Both Left hanging option is used
below the selected box. to vertically arrange the
Left Hanging
boxes below and to the left
Right Hanging of the selected box.
Right hanging option is used to vertically arrange the boxes below and to the right of the selected box.
