Inserting a Video File

PowerPoint 2019 allows you to insert a video in two ways: Online Video and Video on My PC.

Online Video

It allows you to select and insert a video file from the Internet such as YouTube videos. The
video will not be inserted into the slide directly; only the URL of the web page for the video and
a thumbnail will be inserted. But to play the video, you must be connected to the Internet. To

insert an online video file, follow the given steps:
