DESKTOP AND ICONS

When our computer gets completely started, we see a screen with a lot of small pictures. This

screen is called the desktop. Once the desktop appears, we can start using the keyboard
and mouse. The small pictures with their names on the desktop are called icons.

At the bottom of the screen, you will find a horizontal bar, which is known as the Taskbar.
The Taskbar contains the Start menu and a set of fixed icons. It also shows the running

              programs as icons when minimized.
