What is Intelligence?

The ability to calculate, reason, perceive relationships and analogies, learn from experience,

store and retrieve information from memory, solve problems, comprehend complex ideas,

use natural language fluently, classify, generalise, and adapt new situations is known as
                 intelligence.

Some of the forms of intelligence are as follows:

                    • The ability to understand and use spoken and written language.

                    • The ability to recognise and create musical pitch, rhythm, timbre and tone.
                    • The ability to think logically, reason, and identify connections.

                    • The ability to accumulate visual information, change it, and re-create it without referring

                    to the objects.
                    • The ability to learn by doing, exploring and discovering.

                    • The ability to know our strengths, weaknesses, values and morals.

                    • The ability to manage, connect with people, manage masses, easily adapt to social

                    • The ability to identify, classify and manipulate elements of the environment, objects,
                    animals or plants. .

You can say that a machine or a system is artificially intelligent when it is equipped with
at least one form of intelligence.

                                                                        Human vs Artificial Intelligence 15
