Make a Table Lamp at Home
In this project, you’ll create a simple table lamp using common household items. This is a fun and

easy way to explore basic circuits, electrical components and design.
Materials Required:

Plastic bottle Flexible plastic pipe Lunch box
Led light Switch Wires

Battery Glue and scissors

To make a table lamp at home, follow the given steps:

STEP - 1 Take a plastic bottle and carefully cut off the bottom to

create a lampshade. Attach flexible tubing to the
bottle’s neck for the lamp's stem.

STEP - 2 Take a small piece of cardboard and insert the LED

light into it. Connect the red and yellow wires to the
LED, making sure the connections are secure.

STEP - 3 Take the plastic base and make a hole for the switch to

keep the lamp stable. Attach the switch, ensuring that
the wires are connected properly

STEP - 4 Connect the battery to the wires, ensuring they are

securely attached. The battery should connect to the
switch so you can turn the lamp on and off easily.

STEP - 5 Test the lamp by switching it on. The light should glow,

showing that the lamp works properly.

When the lamp is powered on, the light bulb will illuminate, providing a simple and functional

lighting solution.
