Text classification:  AI powered  by NLP  automatically
                    categorises text  into  predefined  labels or categories. For                       Spam
                    example,  email  filtering—Gmail  classifies  emails  into
                    Primary, Spam, Social,  Promotions,  etc., based on their           E-mail             Primary
                    content.  This helps users keep  their  inbox  organised.
                    Similarly, Google News uses NLP to categorise news articles

                    by topic.



                                                        Voice assistants:  Voice  assistants  like iPhone’s Siri and
                                                      Amazon’s  Alexa understand  speech  patterns  and provide
                                                      helpful responses.  Smart Assistants  operate  on a  voice

                                                      recognition system. They respond to users with a keyword like
                                                      “Hey Siri” or “Alexa”.



                     Search engines: Search Engines use NLP to optimise search
                    results and helping users find relevant information effectively.
                    For example, Google  not  only predicts  which popular
                    searches may apply to your query as you start typing, but
                    it also considers the bigger picture and recognises what you
                    are trying  to  search for rather than just  the  exact  search
                    words.


                   Autocorrect        Autocomplete
                                                             Word processing tools:  Features  like  autocorrect,
                                                            autocomplete and spell check in word processors rely
                                                            on  NLP  to  process  and  refine  text.  For example,
                                                            autocorrect uses NLP to suggest the closest accurate
                                                            term based on your misspelling.

                     Social media monitoring: Businesses use tools like Hootsuite
                    or Buffer, which use NLP to understand how many users are
                    talking about their brands on social media. These tools alert
                    users when their brand is discussed online, aiding in real-time
                    engagement.





                                                            Customer care chatbots: Services of various e-commerce
                                                         sites use NLP to understand users' queries and recommend
                                                         possible solutions. This controls the traffic in call centres
                                                         and avoids long waiting times.
