Improved Safety: In areas like transport and healthcare, AI can help prevent
accidents and make decisions that save lives.
Personalisation: AI learns what you like and suggests things just for you, like
music or movies.
Cost Savings: By automating tasks, AI helps businesses save money on things
like labour and resources.
Challenges of AI
However, there are some challenges that come with AI:
Job Replacement: AI can take over jobs that are done repeatedly. This could
replace some jobs, like in factories.
Bias in AI: If AI learns from unfair or biased information, it can make wrong
decisions. This can affect things like hiring or the justice system.
Privacy: AI collects a lot of personal information. This can make people worry
about how their data is being used.
Dependence on Technology: If we rely too much on AI, we might forget how to
do things on our own. This can reduce important problem-solving skills.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) refers to machines and computers that can think, learn and
make decisions, similar to humans.
AI is already a part of your daily life, often without you even noticing.
Machines are designed to help you complete tasks more easily, but not all machines
work in the same way.
Humans and machines are different in many ways. Each has strengths that the other
doesn’t have.
Machines learn through a process called machine learning (ML).
AI is becoming a bigger part of our lives, making things easier, more fun and changing
how different industries work.
If AI learns from unfair or biased information, it can make wrong decisions.
