NUMERIC AND TEXTUAL DATA
In our daily life, we use both numbers and words to share information. Numbers
help us count, measure and compare things, while words help us describe people,
places and objects.
Numeric Data
Numeric data means numbers. We can use these numbers to do maths like adding,
subtracting, multiplying and dividing. Numeric data helps us measure things or
count them.
Examples of numeric data are shown in the table below:
