The school is planning to introduce new digital tools to support learning. Before starting, it
wants to understand how students currently use technology and which tools they find most
helpful. Now, design and conduct a questionnaire to collect feedback from your classmates
about their use of digital tools for learning.

                  TABLES & CATEGORIES

We see many different things around us every day, such as fruits, animals, toys and
school items. It is not easy to remember or understand all this information when it

                  is mixed together.

To make things simple and clear, we group similar things together. These groups are
                  called categories.

We also use a special way to show information neatly using rows and columns,
called a table. Tables help us to organise data so that we can read and compare it

                  easily.

                  Categories

Categories mean sorting or grouping things based on similarities. When we look at

many objects, they may look confusing at first. To make them easy to understand,
we put similar items together in groups. Each group is called a category.

We use categories because they help us:

 Organise information in a proper way

                   Find things quickly

                   Compare different groups easily

 Understand large information step by step

                  To make categories:

                  1. Look at all items

                  2. Find what is similar

                  3. Group similar items together
                  4. Give each group a name
