Step 2 Sharing ideas: After understanding the problem, all members share
their ideas freely. Different people may think of different solutions, which
increases the chances of finding a better answer.
Step 3 Discussion: All the ideas are discussed in detail. The group talks about the
advantages and disadvantages of each idea. This step helps in comparing
different solutions.
Step 4 Selecting the best solution: After discussion, the group selects the most
suitable and practical solution. This decision is usually made by agreement
or majority opinion.
Step 5 Implementation: The chosen solution is applied step by step to solve the
problem. Proper execution is important for success.
Step 6 Reviewing the result: Finally, the result is checked to see whether the
problem has been solved correctly. If needed, improvements can be made.
Let us understand this concept with example.
A school is planning a small cultural program. The program includes songs, dances
and short performances. To make the event successful, different tasks need to be
completed properly and on time.
A small cultural program needs to be arranged in an organised way with proper
decoration, seating and communication.
To manage the work effectively, the tasks are divided among different groups:
One group takes responsibility for planning and arranging decorations such as
balloons, charts and stage setup.
Another group focuses on preparing seating arrangements so that all guests and
participants have proper seats.
Some members handle invitations and announcements, informing teachers,
parents and students about the event.
All members share ideas and suggestions to improve the arrangement and
ensure everything is done smoothly.
Because the work is shared and everyone contributes, the cultural program is well-
organised, smooth and successful. Teamwork helps in completing all tasks efficiently
and on time.
