REAL-LIFE EXAMPLES OF AI TERMS
AI is used in many everyday technologies that make your lives easier. Here are
some real-life examples of AI in action:
Voice Assistants: Devices like Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa use AI to understand
and respond to spoken commands.
When you ask a question, these voice
assistants process your words (input)
and provide a spoken answer (output).
They learn from your interactions, getting
better at understanding your voice and
preferences over time.
Recommendation Systems: Websites like
Netflix and YouTube use AI to recommend
videos, shows or movies based on what
you've watched before. The AI looks at your
past choices (input), learns your preferences
and suggests new content (output) it thinks
you’ll enjoy.
Self-Driving Cars: AI in autonomous
cars uses sensors, cameras and data
to make decisions while driving. The
car gathers input like the location of
other vehicles, pedestrians and traffic
signs. Based on this information, the
AI decides when to stop, start or turn,
making the car drive safely without human input.
Facial Recognition: AI is used in
smartphones and security systems for
facial recognition. The system captures an
image of your face (input) and compares
it with stored data to identify you (output).
This helps unlock your phone or provide
security features.
