                               In many cities, garbage is collected at fixed times every day. However, some bins become
                             full before the collection time, while others remain almost empty. Overflowing bins create
                         unhygienic conditions, bad odour and environmental pollution. At the same time, collecting
                  half-empty bins wastes time and fuel.

                  The municipal authorities want to improve waste collection efficiency. They need a system that can
                  identify which bins are full and require immediate collection.
