With your teacher’s help, press Win + H on the keyboard to turn on voice typing.

Say the following text:

“Smart lights are lights you can control without a switch. You can use your
phone or voice to turn them on or off. They can change colours, get brighter or
dimmer and even turn on when you enter a room.”
Watch as your spoken words appear as text in the Word document.

Alexa or Siri, they can just speak and play their favourite songs. Be patient and help
elders use AI tools, so they can enjoy technology too.

Divide the class into small groups and ask them to talk about smart devices at

home, like smart TVs, toys or lights. Each group will share how these devices
make life easier and which one they would like to use most. After the discussion, groups
will present one smart device and its benefit to the class.
