Task View

Task View opens a special screen that shows all open windows and
Task
virtual desktops. It helps you manage many tasks easliy. You can View

also create different desktops - for example one for schoolwork and
another for games or personal use.

To create a virtual desktop, follow the given steps:

2 Click on the New
desktop option.

1 Click on the Task View
button on the Taskbar.

Pinned Apps

Pinned apps are applications added to the taskbar
for quick and easy access. Pinning helps keep your
most frequently used apps ready to open anytime.

You can pin or unpin apps based on what you use most.

If Windows 11 had a magic app that could take you anywhere in the world,
where would you go and what would you do there?

Running Apps

Running apps are applications that are open and

actively being used on your system. A small line
under the icon indicates that the app is running.
