a set of flash cards in a Word document. On each card,
fruit, Play outside, Drink water, Get a good night’s sleep
and Wash your hands. Use large fonts, bright colours and simple clipart
to make the cards attractive. Once ready, these flash cards can be
printed and shared as daily reminders to follow good habits.
