Once a folder is renamed, the old name is replaced with the new one. Similarly, a
file can also be renamed.

COPYING AND MOVING FILES AND FOLDERS

Copying files or folders means creating a duplicate of the file or folder. The original

remains unchanged and the duplicate can be placed or used in another location.
On the other hand, moving files or folders means transferring them from one place
to another. In this case, no duplicate is created and the original file moves from the

old location to a new location.

To copy a file, follow the given steps:

1 Open the location where the file to be copied is kept.

3 Select the Copy option.

2 Right-click on the file.
