homework. It has tools to make your work look neat and colourful. Let’s learn about
these features.
WORKING WITH IMAGES
Images make your work attractive. In Word, you can add pictures from your
computer or online and change their size, move them or rotate them.
INSERT PICTURE FROM FILE
In Word, you can add pictures from your computer. To insert the picture from your
computer, follow the given steps:
1 Click on the Insert tab.
2 Click on the Pictures down arrow. The default picture
resolution in Word is
3 Click on the This Device option. 220 pixels per inch.
4 Navigate to the location where
you have saved the pictures.
5 Select the picture.
6 Click on the Insert button.
The selected image will be displayed in the document.
