GROUPING AND UNGROUPING SHAPES
The grouping and ungrouping feature
enables you to group different shapes
1 Insert a few shapes
together so that they behave as one
object or ungroup them to manipulate and arrange them in a
meaningful format.
or move them separately.
To group the shapes, follow the given steps:
3 Click on the Shape Format contextual tab.
4 Click on the Group
Objects down arrow.
5 Choose the Group option.
2 Hold the Ctrl key and select
the shapes to group them.
All the shapes will be grouped together as a single object.
