The descriptions of these components are as follows:
 STARTING POWERPOINT
                     Quick Access Toolbar: Customisable icons for frequently used commands.
 To start PowerPoint, follow the given steps:    Title Bar: Shows the file name.


 2     Type PowerPoint in the search bar.    Ribbon: Tabs with groups of commands.
                     Slide: A single page of the presentation.

                     Placeholder: Dotted box for text, images or videos.

                     Zoom Slider: Drag to zoom in or out.
                     View Buttons: Switch between different slide views.

 3     Click on the     Comments: Add or read feedback on slides.
 Open button.  4     Click on the     Notes: Write notes for each slide.
 Blank Presentation.
                     Status Bar: Shows slide number, total number of slides and theme.

                     Slides/Outline Pane: Thumbnails of slides or text-only outline.


 1     Click on the   RAPID RECALL                        Tick ( ) if you know this.
 Start button.

                     1.  A presentation is a way to share ideas with an audience using slides.
 The Presentation window will appear titled as Presentation1.

                     2.  PowerPoint is a presentation software by Microsoft.

                 To create a new presentation, follow the given steps:
