DELETING A SLIDE

To delete a slide, follow the given steps:

2 Click on the Delete Slide option
from the context menu.

1 Right-click on the slide you
want to delete in the Slides Pane.

FORMATTING TEXT IN A PRESENTATION

Formatting makes your presentation effective and eye-catching by adjusting text

alignment, font size, style and colour.

ALIGNING TEXT

Alignment allows you to align your text on the slide in different directions. There are

four main types of alignment options provided by PowerPoint:

Align Left: Aligns the text to Align Right: Aligns the text
the left side of the slide. to the right side of the slide.

Center: Aligns the text in Justify: Aligns the text
the middle of the slide. evenly on both sides.

To align the text, first select it, then
click on the desired alignment option.
Align Left
You can also apply text formatting

such as font style, size, colour Align Right
and make the text bold, italic or Center
underlined, just like in Word.
