RUNNING A SLIDE SHOW

A slide show is a series of slides shown one after SHORT SIGN

another in a presentation. When you run a slideshow,
these slides appear on the screen in full view for your To run a slideshow:

audience. To run a slide show, follow the given steps:

2 Select the From Beginning option.
1 Click on the Slide Show tab.

The presentation will start from the very first slide. If you want to start from the
current slide, choose the From Current Slide option. To exit the slideshow, press the
Esc key.

Create a presentation with five slides about Friendly Robots. Once you are done, run it
using both slide show options: From Beginning and From Current Slide.

OPENING A SAVED PRESENTATION

Sometimes, you need to work on a presentation you’ve already created. In that

case, you need to open it. To open a presentation, follow the given steps:

1 Click on the File tab.

2 Click on the Open option.
