Request the Physical Education teacher to share how many classes use the

school playground each day. Record this information in an Excel sheet for
an entire week, with the days of the week in one column and the number of

classes in another. Once the data has been entered, sort it to make it neat
and organised. Create a chart from the data and observe the results.

Based on your observation answer the following questions:

(a) On which days can more substitutes for the playground be allocated

based on high usage?

(b) On which days can fewer substitutes be allocated due to low playground
usage?

(c) Which days show unusual usage that might need special attention or
adjustment?

(d) How can the school use this data to manage playground space more

efficiently?

(e) What decisions can be made for scheduling classes or activities using this
information?
