Portrait: It is the default orientation in Word, with a taller than a
wider page, used for letters and essays.
Landscape: It has a wider than taller page, commonly used
for spreadsheets, presentations and documents with wide
tables or images.
To change the orientation of a document, follow the given steps:
1 Click on the Layout tab.
