To add a text box, follow the given steps:
1 Click on the Insert tab. 2 Click on the Text Box.
4 Type the desired text 3 Click and drag the mouse
inside the text box. where you want to add a text box.
INSERTING GRAPHICAL OBJECTS IN A SLIDE
To make the presentation more effective, you can add different graphical objects
like pictures, shapes and SmartArt to present the ideas clearly.
INSERTING PICTURES
Pictures make your presentations visually more appealing. You can insert pictures
into the slide from your computer, Stock Images or Online Pictures.
Inserting Picture from a File 1 Click on the Insert tab.
To insert a saved picture, follow the
given steps:
2 Click on the Pictures and
select This Device option.
3 Browse the location of the
picture you wish to insert. 4 Select the desired image.
5 Click on the Insert button.
