NOTES PAGE VIEW
Notes Page View shows one slide with space below for notes. It is used for writing
scripts, adding extra details and printing handouts with notes.
READING VIEW
Reading View shows the presentation in full screen, while keeping the controls and
the taskbar visible. It is useful for reviewing slides offering easy navigation and quick
exit options.
You can also access the presentation view options from the bottom right corner of
the PowerPoint window.
