EMAIL
Email (electronic mail) is one of the most popular and
useful services on the Internet. It allows users to send
messages, documents and files instantly through
computers or phones. Email has become an important
communication tool for both personal and professional
purposes. It provides a fast, reliable and paperless way
to exchange information.
Email Address
An email address is your unique online identifier orangeeducation@gmail.com
used by others to send you messages. It usually User name Domain Name
includes your chosen username followed by a
domain name. This address is essential for sending and receiving emails. For example,
in orangeeducation@gmail.com, orangeeducation is the username and gmail.com
is the domain name. The @ symbol separates the username from the domain name.
Creating an Email Account
To get an email address, you need to create an email account by signing up on an
email service provider’s website, such as Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo.
To create an email account, follow the given steps:
1 Type www.gmail.com in the address bar
of the web browser and press Enter key.
Now, click on the website link of Gmail.
