To add animations to your presentation, follow the given steps:

2 Click on the Animations tab.

3 Choose the desired
animation effect.

1 Select the object (text, image
or shape) you want to animate.

The selected animation will be applied. You can also adjust its timing and sequence as
needed. You can also preview how the animations look before finalising them. To see a
preview of the selected animation effect, click on the Preview button.

APPLYING SETTINGS FOR ANIMATION

You can customise various settings for your animation, such as timing, duration and sequence, to
create the desired effect in your presentation.

Timing
Setting the timing for animations lets you control when they appear in your presentation.

You can choose when an animation should play by selecting one of the options from the Start
drop-down list, which includes:
On Click: The animation starts when you click.
With Previous: The animation starts at the same time as the previous one.

After Previous: The animation starts after the previous one finishes.
To add or modify the timing of animation effects, follow the given steps:

1 Click on the Animations tab.

2 Choose your desired option
from the Start down arrow.

4 Click on Move Earlier or
Move Later to change the
order of animations.

3 Enter the number of seconds
that you want the animation to
run in the Duration box.
